For its use of poignant metaphors, images and stories to instill compassion, for foregrounding women’s lives and points of view in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and for showing that certain life situations make it hard not to take sides.

63rd Berlin International Film Festival
The Berlinale 2013 has finished, the juries have chosen their winners. The Ecumenical Jury awarded "Gloria" by Sebastián Lelio, the Chilenian competition entry. The International Jury awarded the Golden Bear to "Poziţia Copilului" (Child's Pose) by Călin Peter Netzer, Romania.
