34th International Film Festival Fribourg

Due to the corona epidemic, the 34th Festival International de Films de Friborg had to be canceled. Instead, the festival organized a virtual edition with the number "34 1/2". The official international jury viewed the twelve long competition films in streaming mode and, as part of their virtual evaluation process, awarded the Grand Prix to the Sudanese film "You Will Die At 20" by Amjad Abu Alali. Due to the special situation, the Prize of the Ecumenical Jury could not be awarded.
