At the BUFF Malmö (International Film Festival for Children's and Youth Films) 2025 a church film jury has awarded its Prize of 100.000 Swedish Krona to "Uproar", a film from New Zealnad directed by Paul Middleditch and Hamish Bennett. In addition the film receives an INTERFILM diploma.

The motivation of the jury reads: "In these times it's important to stand up for justice and the equal value of all people, and our winner is about finding the courage to do just that. With humor and warmth, it tells a story we all can relate to: the one about seeking your roots, finding your sense of belonging and striving to be who we want to be. While the film explores historical events and gives insights into a unique culture, its message about being a compassionate human being resonates with us all in 2025."

Members of the jury were Kristina Klingberg (deakon), Felix Illi (educator), Erik Lunneby (parish trainee) and Emma Gray Munthe (film journalist).
