Slepa Pega

Blind Spot
Directed by
2002

Lupa rents a room to isolate Gladki, hoping he will soon quit heroin. Although both their lives seem to improve Lupa faces old memories that force her to fight for her own freedom. Eventually Gladik’s rescue will turn out to be her own deliverance. A dark urban drama about hope, love, and freedom. (Hanna A. W. Slak)

In dark images, but also in a sensitive way, the director shows us a young woman's desperate attempt to be somebody for and to do something for her AIDS-suffering brother. The film makes us reflect on how to die in dignity.
