North from Calabria
Directed by:
2009

In a small Polish city the congregation prepares for the summer celebration. By an elegant interweaving “The North of Calabria” tells about the atmosphere of this period, incidentally and with great sympathy for its characters. The film functions as a catalyst for many small stories and leads them on to a surprising final for all. By revealing the talents and dreams of its protagonists the film displays a deeply humane attitude.
