Dr. Brigitta Rotach is a historian of comparative religion and cultural journalist. She was editor of "Sternstunde Religion" (SRF) for many years and programme director at the "Haus der Religionen-Dialog der Kulturen" in Bern. Since May 2023, she has been co-president of the Jewish Liberal Community (JLG) in Zurich. She is a founding member of "SERET" and "Yesh! News from the Jewish Film World" and member of the board of Interfilm Switzerland.

At the 57th film festival Visions du Réel in Nyon the Interreligious Jury has awarded its Prize to the documentary "Dentro" by Elsa Amiel.
Jacqueline Jansen’s ‘Sechswochenamt’ won the Prize of the Ecumenical Jury at the achtung berlin 2026 film festival. The jury awarded a Special Mention to Katrin Sikora’s documentary ‘Schwarze Häuser’.
