After studying theology, Jane Stranz was ordained as a pastor in the United Reformed Church of Great Britain, before moving to France. She was co-secretary of the Conseil d’Églises chrétiennes en France (CÉCEF). She is currently a part-time pastor in Courbevoie, a member of the board of the Pharos Observatory and a member of the Groupe des Dombes. She is also a member of the collective of feminist theologians of the Orsay Group.
