Nasser Bakthi, born 1960 in Algiers (Algeria), lives in Switzerland since 1990 with a joint Algerian and French citizenship. He received a degree in modern languages and graduated from the Mountview Art and Drama School in London. 1989-92 he was collaborater on various productions for BBC, Channel 4 and the French Swiss Broadcasting Service (RTS) as scriptwriter, production manager and director. He works as screenwriter and independent filmmaker.
