Evangelical and Catholic Church in Germany host the Ecumenical Reception at the Berlinale where the Ecumenical Jury is introduced.

At the Festival Sunday, August 9 at 11:15, the Council of Christian Churches in Ticino organizes an ecumenical service in the baroque church of Santa Maria Assunta ("Chiesa Nuova").

On November 6, the Ecumenical Reception at the FilmFestival Cottbus takes place. On this occasion INTERFILM jury coordinator Hans Hodel will talk about the different positions of the churches regarding homosexuality which is the topic of this year's special programme >Focus

As every year, during the International Film Festival Mannheim-Heidelberg the churches invite to an Ecumenical Reception.
